What's new for 2008?
·	Upload your solution "virtually": When you're ready to submit your entry for the preliminary round judging, you can upload screenshots of your solution to our emulator and tell us how it works. Your solution will then be judged virtually. For final judging, a working solution will need to be submitted on an official device.
·	"Content" Category: This new category focuses on the innovative use of content from NAVTEQ or third parties to enhance the functionality or as the main feature of the Solution.
·	Asia-Pacific Region: For 2008, the NAVTEQ Global LBS Challenge® will award winners from the Asia-Pacific region. The award ceremony will occur June 18, 2008 during CommunicAsia in Singapore.
