NAVTEQ Map Reporter™

NAVTEQ analyzes the roads of the world to create precise, detailed, and reliable digital map data. But our world is constantly changing. Fortunately, in addition to hundreds of trained NAVTEQ geographic analysts, we have millions of people like you using NAVTEQ® map data every day. You are our extra eyes. If you believe there is a discrepancy in our map data (e.g., flipped one-ways in downtown Detroit, a missing address, etc.) use the NAVTEQ Map Reporter to tell us about the error. To submit feedback, go to http://mapreporter.navteq.com. Recently, we upgraded the Map Reporter system to include a map-based intuitive interface, providing an easy way to report possible data errors.

Database error reports are processed, and then sent to regional field office staff for additional research and correction, if needed. Reporters can receive feedback online detailing changes to the NAVTEQ map, and can track the progress of their submission online.

Become a Map Reporter™ and the updates you submit will appear on leading devices, applications, and navigation systems. You will help guide millions of travelers each day.
